Founding Runner entry is £30 until 31 December 2026. The standard 10K price is £40 from 1 January 2027 and £50 from 1 April 2027. The Children's 1K is £8 until 31 March 2027.

The 10K is open to runners aged 15 or over on race day. The Children's 1K is for ages 5 to 14.

Race numbers will be posted in advance. A limited Saturday collection facility is planned for 17 April; final details will be included in the race-day instructions.

Race HQ opens at 07:30. For the 09:00 10K start, plan to arrive by 08:15. Your final assembly information will be included with your race instructions.

Yes. Staffed baggage storage is planned at race HQ from 07:30 until 12:30. One labelled bag per runner; please do not leave valuables.

Yes, and spectators do not need a ticket. The race-HQ area around Linford Christie Stadium and points along the planned White City route will offer good viewing. Live runner tracking is planned for race day.

The planned White City 10K is a flat, fast, closed-road course starting and finishing around the Linford Christie Stadium area. The route is largely final, subject to minor refinements, final approvals and official measurement.

Water will be available at approximately 3 km and 6 km, and again at the finish.

Race HQ will provide toilets, changing facilities, baggage storage, warm-up space, water, refreshments and results information.

Bone-conduction headphones that leave your ears open are permitted. In-ear and over-ear headphones are not permitted on the closed-road 10K.

Live results will appear as runners finish, with final results targeted within one hour of the last finisher. High-resolution race photography will be available to purchase.

The Children's 1K is for ages 5 to 14.

The Children's 1K starts at 10:30 and runs entirely on the Linford Christie Stadium track.

Yes. Every child who finishes receives a medal.

Yes. The timing is designed so families can stay at race HQ after the 10K and watch the children's race from the stadium area.

We plan to offer free transfers to another runner until 31 March 2027 through your Eventmaster account, and deferrals to 2028 for £10 until the same date. The full policy will be set out in the terms of entry.

If the event has to be cancelled for reasons outside our control, we will seek to move it to a new date where possible and communicate the position promptly. The event carries cancellation insurance.

Yes. Guide runners enter free. Contact us with both names so the entries and start position can be arranged.

Yes. Wheelchair and FrameRunner athletes start two minutes ahead of the first wave. Tell us when you enter so the start arrangements can be planned.

No, for the safety of the field. Assistance dogs are welcome at the event, and buggies are welcome in the stadium area for the Children's 1K.

No. No prior experience is required; volunteers receive a briefing and a named contact for race day.

Roles include course marshalling, water stations, race assembly and finish, bag drop, and event build and crew. Most Sunday shifts run between roughly 07:00 and 12:30, depending on the role.

You must be 16 or over to marshal alone. Volunteers aged 12 to 15 can help when paired with a responsible adult at the same location.

Yes. Schools, workplaces, scout groups, running clubs and other groups are welcome. Tell us when you register and we will try to place your group together.

Volunteers receive a West London Run crew jacket, food and refreshments on race day, free entry to the following year's race, and signed volunteering hours where needed for school, Duke of Edinburgh or employer schemes.

We plan to confirm roles by email in March and send the detailed briefing before race day.

Please tell us as soon as possible so we can reassign the role and keep the course safely staffed.
