First three men and women overall, plus awards in every five-year category from M35 through to M70+.

Medical cover

Paramedics and first-aiders across the course, with defibrillation reachable anywhere within eight minutes.

Elite and championship entry

We plan to offer elite entry to runners who have run inside 34:00 (men) or 39:00 (women) for 10K in the last two years. Email us with your result.

Club teams of three or more can be entered together and scored as a team — tell us the club name when you enter.

We have applied for the course to be accredited and measured, which is a prerequisite for the national championship status we would like to hold here in future.

Pacers

Run with a pacer

We plan to have six pacers, each carrying a flag with their finish time. Find them in the assembly area before the start — you do not need to sign up, just tuck in behind.

Race numbers

Posted before race day

Race numbers will be posted in advance. A limited Saturday collection facility is planned for 17 April; final details will be included in the race-day instructions.

Baggage

Bag drop at race HQ

Staffed baggage storage is planned at race HQ from 07:30 until 12:30. One labelled bag per runner; please do not leave valuables.

Getting here

Travel and parking

By tube. East Acton (Central line) is a 13-minute walk. White City (Central line) is 20 minutes. Shepherd's Bush (Central, Overground) is 25 minutes.

By bus. Routes along Du Cane Road and Scrubs Lane stop within a few minutes' walk. Some routes will be on diversion between 07:00 and 12:00 — check the road closures page on the week of the race.

By bike. Cycle access and parking arrangements will be confirmed in the final race-day instructions.

By car. Please don't. The roads around the stadium are closed and there is no event parking. Blue Badge spaces can be booked in advance by email.

Rules

The short version

The 10K will be run under England Athletics rules. We have applied for an England Athletics race licence and course measurement.

Minimum age for the 10K is 15 on race day. No headphones that block outside sound — bone-conduction headphones are fine. No dogs, buggies, wheels or unregistered runners on the 10K course.

Wheelchair and frame-runner entries are welcome and start two minutes ahead of the first wave. Guide runners enter free — email us and we will pair the entries.

Your number must be worn on your front, unfolded and unaltered. We plan to allow free transfers to another runner until 31 March.

Results and photos

Live tracking on the day, full results within an hour of the last finisher, and race photos after the race. Nothing is published here before 18 April 2027 — this is the first running of the race.
